Geo-Marche

For people around the world who enjoy cooking, we have developed products used geothermal. Bottled with geothermally dried tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, basil and garlic together with extra virgin olive oil for fresh garlic. We produce three kinds of series assuming cooking to make. First of all it is a red label item. How about tailoring dried tomato, dried basil and rough garlic with pasta dishes and aqua-pazza series? The next green label product is basil sauce made with dried basil and olive oil. The third brown label product combined dried shiitake shiitake, dried basil, rough garlic. How about tying it up with an ajillo? Other than this, the repertory of many dishes spread. Of course, olive oil has a flavor of ingredients so it is good to add balsamic vinegar and put it on bread and eat it. Three types of bottled products that we have developed are compatible with any of meat, vegetables, and seafood as ingredients. By all means, we develop products, with the thought that we would like to expand our imagination and enjoy cooking.

 

Also, bottled products not only delicious but also try to enjoy seeing. For example, tomatoes are dried separately from slices and cuts, but the cross section of dried tomatoes after drying is due to the thin golden color of olive oil, a bottle of one bottle becomes pressed like a pressed flower, and it is fun to stand in the kitchen I guess. Fair Trade

We have decided to cooperate with a support center that supports people with disabilities in local Oguni Town. We outsource packaging and bottling of Geo-marche products to this center. We ask them to produce geo-marche with reasonable fee. The center named Yuai provides opportunities for employment and production activities, training for improving knowledge and skills necessary for employment, support for company practice so that people with disabilities can run their own daily living or social life. It is a facility established by Oguni social welfare council.

 

We will continue to promote the effective use of renewable energy and contribute to local social welfare.

Culinary School

Do you know that Waita district can enjoy the seafood from not only Beppu Bay in the east, Amakusa in the west? Since Waita is located in the belly of Kyushu, seasonal food materials are gathered from all over Kyushu. Of course, local food materials are exceptional. Morning tomatoes, Kabosu, thick shiitake mushrooms, jersey milk, wild meat such as wild boar and venison delivered by a local hunter, Wagyu, etc. are a treasure trove of ingredients. Why not combine cooking methods with steam these ingredients with geothermal energy and experience the original dish?

 

Let's start with the harvest of ingredients.

We will harvest fresh herbs at the greenhouse utilizing geothermal energy. The staff will procure the ingredients of the main course separately.

Next is the start of cooking.

Harvested herbs are used for main course toppings and sauces, so wash and cut it. Let's steam the material in the geothermal pot immediately. Those who are wearing glasses may clutter with steam, but this is also charming.
